It all started in 1987 when Judy Windrix scraped together $1,000 to buy a computer - and the rest is history! From a very modest dream of transcribing at home and creating quality medical reports, Judy has seen Windrix Transcription, Inc. grow day by day, month by month and year by year! Working out of our suite of offices in Pleasant Hill, Calif., we now utilize the services of as many as 76 transcriptionists - both employees and independent contractors, and handle as many as 50 accounts!

The Windrix family is well represented in this corporation. As well as Judy, who is now our President & CEO, the company employs a second generation of Windrix, with Rick, Jason and Hana all working as account managers. To round out our management staff, we have Donna Peizer, Gabriela Pena and Brian Kleiss. Each of these individuals brings something unique to our company and we appreciate our good fortune in having such a well rounded, diverse group at Windrix Transcription.
