Windrix Transcription Inc. can customize its services for the maximum benefit for health professionals in general practice and all areas of specialization. We can handle dictation in a way that suits your needs.

1. Dictation	Telephone Call In: Quickly and easily leave your dictation at the touch of a button by calling our number and dictating over the telephone. Hand-held Digital Recorders: Tapes can be played over telephone lines to our Dictaphone Enterprise Express - but we encourage our clients to use digital handheld recorders. Voice files from these little recorders are downloaded to a PC, encrypted and sent via the Internet.
2. Dictation Reception	Our system automatically logs dictation files for pick up by transcriptists.
3. Transcription	All of our transcriptionists are assigned to specific accounts though cross-trained in various specialties so we can meet your transcription deadlines and needs. We create custom templates for direct transcription into a format of your own choosing.
4. Quality Control	All transcription is reviewed and edited by senior transcriptionists/editors with years of experience. Each editor reviews transcribed documents word by word against the original dictation to ensure the highest quality.
5. Output & Delivery	We can tailor output to your facility. In most cases, we encrypt the transcribed files and deliver them via e-mail. We also can send files directly to your system via modem, transcribe "live" into a system, and have been known to even print out and hand-deliver reports!
